Women seeking an elective prenatal ultrasound with us are required to have already been receiving treatment with a healthcare provider for prenatal care and that you have been given an established due date (EDD) by your Clinician. We do not contact your doctor prior or post scan since this is an elective procedure. Baby in Bloom requires a 24 hr notice of cancellation for all scheduled appointments. If less than 24 hrs notice is given or you do not show up for an appointment you will be required to prepay for any future appointments booked and the $ 45 dollar deposit will be kept. All cancellations are charged a $3 dollar fee, which the credit card company's charge.
